Where is Conway SC?

On the banks of the Waccamaw River and about a 30 minute drive to Myrtle Beach, Conway's neighborhoods are surrounded by lush natural beauty.  Conway, a historic river town, is one of South Carolina's oldest towns. It is the seat of Horry county and has many buildings and structures on the National Historic Registry. Poised on the Waccamaw River, Conway has been revitalized in the past 30 or so years with the addition of shops, bistros, and fine dining. The town continues to attract new business and show steady growth. Conway is close enough to the busy destination of Myrtle Beach for residents to work and play, yet is far enough away to come home and enjoy the relaxing peacefulness of a small town.It offers coastal living with a Southern country charm, including new homes, historic homes, and condos. With large lots with plenty of room to roam, Conway is arguably the most popular family location along the Grand Strand.

Conway Real Estate

Conway real estate, from huge farmhouses to contemporary townhouses, provides a wide range of property types at cheaper costs than Myrtle Beach. Conway has profited from the rising popularity of surrounding beachfront areas like Myrtle Beach, while being slower to develop than its oceanfront competitors. As a result, residential and commercial growth has accelerated, and Conway's status as a rural lumber-producing town has altered dramatically.

Conway, SC houses for sale have become considerably less secluded and more accessible for homeowners along the Grand Strand as a result of increased connectivity and development. Conway is the place to search whether you're looking for condominiums, townhouses, Conway waterfront property, riverside property, or a large piece of land. It's all of South Carolina's natural splendor, yet it's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Grand Strand. Unlike the high-rise style found in Myrtle Beach, condos in Conway are usually only one story high. Because Conway is a long way from the ocean, waterfront condos in Conway look out over the Waccamaw River. There are a few golf course communities in Conway, South Carolina, that offer tough play in the midst of the beautiful natural resources of coastal South Carolina. Conway golf villages give a calm, serene respite away from the rush and bustle of the Atlantic coast.
